Refund & Returns Policy

At Football Shirts PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, refunds are available only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Wrong Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective shirt, or the wrong size, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. (Please note: colors and designs may vary slightly from the original, as we are not official manufacturers.) Once we review your claim, we’ll offer a refund or exchange for the damaged or incorrect item.

No Returns or Refunds:
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than product damage or size issues.
Customized shirts (with name/number) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.
Return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be issued for the product price listed on our website only.
